Luminous Capital Management, based in Orange County, CA, was founded in 2021 by industry veterans Bob Dougherty, Matt Stephenson, and Tom Lam. The trio have worked together in predecessor firms with an association that began over 25 years ago.

Luminous Capital Management was formed to make and manage real estate investments on behalf of institutional and high net worth investor clients.
